Order processing time

The processing time for an order varies. In general, an order can be processed within 3 days. If there is a slight delay, we will inform you via email.

Estimated delivery time

We'll do our best to meet these delivery estimates. Actual delivery time will depend on country of delivery and parcel/courier services provided by Belgium Post.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes and local value added taxes (VAT) that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or tax clearance.

Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges:

  • Contact us within: 7 days of delivery

  • Ship returns back to us within: 14 days of delivery

We don't accept cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. All returns are subject to the following conditions, except where the goods are faulty:

 

  • The product must be complete, new, unused and in a  re-saleable condition

  • A proof of purchase must be supplied.

 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Perishable products

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
